All content provided through Lindsay Angelo and FuturKind™ programs — including Futurist-in-50-Days, Strategic Thinking Training, Permissionless Consultant Masterclass, and all other current and future offerings — is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property law. This includes, but is not limited to: videos, recorded sessions, frameworks, templates, models, written materials, exercises, toolkits, downloads, digital assets, and program structure or design. Certain educational concepts, frameworks, or methodologies covered within the programs (for example, scenario planning) are publicly available or in the public domain. These are taught for educational purposes. However, the adaptations, curation, original frameworks, applied methodology, course sequencing, and instructional design created by Lindsay Angelo and FuturKind™ are proprietary and remain the exclusive property of their creators. Participants — whether individuals, consultants, or corporate teams — are welcome to apply the public-domain concepts and general methods taught within the programs in their own personal, professional, or client-facing work. However, all original frameworks, proprietary models, templates, and course materials developed by Lindsay Angelo and FuturKind™ are protected intellectual property. These may not be used, adapted, resold, applied in client-facing or commercial settings, or incorporated into other products or programs without a separate licensing agreement or prior written permission from Lindsay Angelo or FuturKind™. Participants who wish to integrate or license these proprietary frameworks for external use may contact info@withfuturkind.com to request a license or partnership agreement. Enrollment in any Lindsay Angelo or FuturKind™ program grants a non-transferable, personal, and internal-use license only. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in termination of access and/or legal action.

All materials on Lindsay Angelo and FuturKind™ websites and programs are provided “as is.” Both entities make no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaim all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Lindsay Angelo and FuturKind™ are not responsible for the content or performance of any third-party sites. 9. Wolf AI Platform — Additional Terms
9.1 Nature of Wolf's Outputs
Wolf is an AI-powered foresight tool built on Futurkind's proprietary methodology and trained by Lindsay Angelo, Chief Futurist. While Wolf's outputs reflect Futurkind's foresight frameworks and thinking, all responses are generated by artificial intelligence and have not been individually reviewed or endorsed by Lindsay Angelo or FuturKind™. Wolf's outputs are intended as a strategic thinking tool to support your own judgment and decision-making. They should not be treated as a substitute for professional strategic, legal, financial, or business advice. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and apply Wolf's outputs in their own context.
9.2 Data and Session Privacy
Wolf sessions are processed via Anthropic's API infrastructure. Sessions are not stored on Futurkind's servers and are not used to train AI models. For full details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9.3 Acceptable Use
Users may not: Resell, redistribute, or commercialize Wolf's outputs without prior written permission from FuturKind™ Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract Wolf's underlying system prompts, technical architecture, or API infrastructure Attempt to expose, extract, or misuse any API keys or credentials associated with Wolf Use Wolf to generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations Share Wolf access credentials or subscription access with unauthorized third parties
9.4 Ownership of Outputs
Outputs generated during a Wolf session may be used by the active subscriber for personal or internal business purposes. FuturKind™ retains no ownership of user-generated session content. However, Wolf's underlying methodology, system design, prompt architecture, and foresight frameworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lindsay Angelo and FuturKind™.
9.5 Availability and Modifications
FuturKind™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue Wolf or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. Access to Wolf is contingent on an active subscription in good standing. FuturKind™ makes no guarantee of uninterrupted uptime or availability.
